 New book by Dr Shah on Chronic Urticaria

   Ms. K. J. (Pin L- 11100) came to the clinic with complaint of hives since one and half years. She had been suffering with the urticaria everyday and the itching was uncontrollable. She also had episodes of angioedema on lips. She had been on steroids for two months and was on antihistamines on regularly since past one and half years. As long as the steroids continued, the hives were relieved, and after discontinuing the steroids, the urticaria had relapsed. She was a vegetarian, with craving for salty food.
