 New book by Dr Shah on Chronic Urticaria

   A 29yrs female contacted Life Force Homeopathic Clinic for her complaint of urticaria for 6 months or so. She was troubling from extensive rash all over body along with severe itching, burning and swelling of affected parts. These lesions generally showed up at night and remained for almost 2 days. Bathing gave her temporary relief. She was on cyclosporine treatment as was not responding to any of the conventional medicines. Skin biopsy was done which conformed that she is suffering from urticarial vasculitis. She was also suffering from PCOD (Polycystic ovarian disease) having irregular menses with primary infertility. She had decreased appetite and reduced thirst. She had liking for sweets and meat. She was more tolerant to cold, with normal urine and stool habits. She had disturbed sleep due to multiple dreams whole night which she did not remember after getting up. She was an egoistic person, with short tempered nature. She was house wife and staying with her husband at in laws place. Very irritable personality, did not talk to anyone for almost 2 days if got angry. She was on regular treatment for almost 4 months with no much relief. Few ups and downs were happening where in we could not adjust to taper her cyclosporine doses. Her case was reviewed and Dr. Rajesh Shah prescribed her Natrum Muriaticum and his research based medicines. Gradually her urticaria started responding and she found much relief. We also tapered her cyclosporine after which she never needed that again. As time passed she also found regular menses. By end of 9 months of treatment, she was completely relieved from her urticarial rash and later she told us she is very happy to take this treatment as she was 5 weeks pregnant (her primary infertility due to PCOD was cured). We continued her medicines for some more time, to avoid a recurrence and to give her a happy termination of her pregnancy. |
